BeSt Bird Houses

Bette and Stan are the dynamic duo behind these cute birdhouses. Dad makes the little houses and then Mum works her magic. These are one of a kind and unique bird house finished in a decoupage process (with a bit of a rustic feel), painted and sealed ready for outside. 

They can be placed in a tree using a hook or attached to a pole with brackets as shown. Let us know if you want the hook and Stan can drill the hole so that it will hang level. It will need a coat of marine varnish in about 3 years to give it more life and help protect it. and hanging out of direct sun will help keep it bright and fresh. 

There is often a coin on one side. This is Stan’s little ‘thing’ that all started many years ago when he was teaching disabled students woodwork at TAFE in the Hunter.
